I was staying at the Bonaventure Hotel in downtown LA... somewhere around 70 floors up.

They were building the Crocker National Bank building next door (across a street) and they had these iron workers (I think from a tribe of Navajos that specialize in working high rise buildings). These guys were running around like this video... and I was in my hotel room watching them do this about 40 yards away... 70 stories up. And the Bonaventure had these floor to ceiling glass walls.

I took to closing the drapes completely and trying not to look at these guys.
