59. Wildflower honey with ricotta walnut lace cookies in a waffle cone.

The name is far too long but the taste is fabulous beyond belief. Salt and Straw generally has it in May for their spring flowers flavor series.

But pretty much anything at salt and straw. Except maybe the goat cheese habenaro marionberry.
