(12,582 posts)25. For the Korbel, it was my hubby's and mine anniversary, and
our first trip without kids for 22 years.
The Asti was in celebration of my brother's graduation. It's the only kind of wine my Mom would drink.
For everyday table wines, we prefer Beringer White Zinfadel, Italian Canonau or Vermentino.

I like a good cabernet, but just don't get paying $100s of dollars for a bottle.

I taught a seminar in Napa Valley, and the class bought me a very good bottle of wine.
