His name is Karlos (with a K!) Pérez.

The gallery with the connection is the Galeria Cubana, 357 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657, USA

If you're serious, write to them, tell them you heard about this artist from their Texas friend who lives in Germany, and are interested in something similar. I'll bet you could get it done!
