we have a place like that in the nearby town, I always get the same order and split it for two meals. (two beef tacos durados, rice and beans and side of pico) one day I wanted to try something else (felt like some cheese) and got a quesadilla and added chicken. pretty much looked like your image sans the fresh vegs and cold cheese but with lots of messy red sauce that they cook the chicken in. it was good, but SO much food! 
must have weighed a couple lbs. it kind of made 3 meals with some other sides.
