2. Really? I have the most bizarre and detailed dreams. They aren't necessarily nightmares,

but they are often disturbing in that I feel like my mind is so active during the night. Do you have a link to the group? Why do some of us dream more vividly than others? I don't know why I have these dreams, but it kind of disturbs me in that I rarely feel rested when I wake up. I sometimes wish I could just go to sleep and not remember a thing when I wake up.
