Yesterday, when we were unloading groceries, my husband accidentally dropped an onion on the floor and the skin broke open.

He asked me if it would go bad if left like that, and I replied, I’m not sure, but why don’t you put it in a Ziploc bag and put it in the fridge, and I’ll use it next when I need an onion.

So, this morning, I’m going to make ratatouille. I go down to the cellar to get some canned tomatoes, and see this on top of the net bag with the onions in it. I couldn’t stop laughing and just had to post this picture.
