(38,726 posts)Soviet Union lost how many?..26 million. What the Soviet Union went through is unbelievable. But that is war, and the horrors of war. I have not seen this series, but I know that Burns tells it objectively and honestly. I am sure that there is a lot about the Soviet losses during the war. Horrific in ways that are unbelievable .
