That the reason men target females below 18 years is that a lot of males sincerely believe they are OWED sex by females. Especially if they did not get sex in their teenage or college years. They are around a bunch of other guys who are having either having sex or claiming they are having sex with girls and they are not. It creates anger and resentment in their minds, to wit. "She is doing it with him, but not me, I'll show her." Her being another female.

The fact is American males are sexualized by looking at pictures of young women in soft and hardcore pornography, Sports Illustrated, and other magazines aimed at males. They do not show older women.
