Showing Original Post only (View all)What is your favorite breakfast? Here are mine, which I vary day to day: [View all]
1) whole grain Cheerios mixed with whole grain nuggets cereal, one whole sliced banana on top with milk
2) whole grain toasted English muffin sandwich with sausage patty and fried egg
3) whole grain toaster waffles with sliced strawberries and maple syrup, honey or apple butter
I have one of those breakfasts with a small glass of OJ and coffee.
Is it any wonder that breakfast is my favorite meal?
