The day after I buried my father. Wife and I were not in the mood to cook nor were my siblings, for obvious reasons. But we were hungry and had to eat...in fact, when we got to the restaurant, we didn't want the "Thanksgiving Menu"...but didn't have a choice. Either way, Claim Jumper did do a good job.
The year before, I smoked a turkey and it came out perfect...my father said that was the best turkey he ever had. I've never been able to recreate that.
