4. Hot appliances and ignored candles...always a good chance to starting a fire.

...see it all to often in the insurance industry.

I don't own an electric coffee maker, wife and I went on a camping trip a long time ago. Her first and I was drawing on my experience as a kid. So I got a percolator to make coffee...Same coffee I always buy...but the taste was a hell of a lot better and a lot hotter...which was welcome on a brisk morning.

Went home and looked at our electric coffee maker in disgust. When it broke, we were happy to toss it...got an electric percolator. Wasn't the same...so we ditched it, and stick with the stove top.
