Malevolent agent of unknown origin who cunningly used children in an attempt to single-handedly topple The Bank Of England, and thereby destroying the British economy, throwing the world into economic chaos.
The blatant Disney propaganda trying to sugarcoat that near-disaster is sickening stuff.
Was later seen in the company of a certain Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin, and was reportedly employed as nanny to the Romanov children at the Winter Palace from 1915-17.
