high thirties by this afternoon. But the weather has been so mild all winter (high 40s,high 50s, high 60s, even 70 occasionally!) thus far that I haven't had to wear a coat once this winter. This is eastern Kansas, where winter used to be the cold season, and January was the coldest month.
