3. Seji Ozowa bought my wife and myself dinner once.

We had just gotten married and most everyone from the East coast (where she was from) sent us $100.00 bills. We went to the Trident in Sausilito for dinner. I had exactly $101.00 on me. I bought a drink when we got there. $1.00. It was a long time ago. When we went to pay for dinner, they thought we were drug dealers and wouldn't take the $100.00 bill and they wanted my wife to leave her jacket as collateral until we could come back and pay them with smaller denominations. (It was a long time ago). Anyway, the guy at the next table and his very attractive date piped up and said that if I would write him a check, he would pay the tab. I had no idea who he was but I accepted his offer and as we were leaving the waitress told us who he was.

He never cashed the check and I still owe him a dinner.
