Pkg pepperoni (Margherita, if you can find it)
Pkg sliced mushrooms
Bunch of scallions, thin sliced with some green
Heavy cream
Sauté pepperoni, add mushrooms, cook till soft, add scallions. Add cream.
Serve over spinach or whole wheat pasta.
Sorry, no measurements. A real eyeball recipe. I only make it for my birthday. Its so good, but so bad.
