162. Tater tot casserole.

This is probably well known, but it’s our go to busy school night dinner.

Brown 1.5 lbs of ground beef and put it in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.

Layer tater tots on top of the ground beef. Cover the entire pan in a single layer.

Stir to mix:
A can of condensed mushroom soup
A can of condensed cream of celery soup
A can of condensed chicken and rice soup
About a cup of grated cheese

Pour/spoon that over the beef and tots

Bake at 350 for about 35 mins

Sprinkle about a half cup of cheese on top and continue baking another 10 minutes, then serve.

Kids love it. Not very healthy, but not too bad.
