I remember the petticoats, frilly hats and one year I even had a muff, which is like a tube of fur to keep the hands warm. During April in Texas. When my girls were young I sewed them some beautiful Easter dresses. And don’t forget the white patent leather shoes. My brothers were made to endure suits with bow ties.
