I am going to make crispy pork belly outdoors. I watched a you tube video [View all]

of a woman named Sros who made this recipe outdoors and it looked so good I thought I would have to give it a try.
I am going to use bricks and a wok on top of a structure which will hold the wood that will use to heat the oil and the wok. Everything will be very sturdy.
Has anyone ever done this before? Any cautions or suggestions?
