A nice soft roll or bun.
Slice in half and butter the inside.
Grill butter side down over a high heat for a light char.
Spread some liberally with equal parts ketchup and maille dijonnaise.
Place one or two rashers of cooked, real british bacon.
Place patty of your choice on top of that.
Slice of cheese can be melted on top of patty when cooking or not. Recommended to meelt first when using brie.
Fry one egg sunny side up place on top of cheese and patty.
Close burger, squish and serve with a roll of paper towel.
