i have never been in that position before when it was so close. i get what you are saying. we have not gotten a lot this year. almost none during winter. but this spring we have gotten more than last year. it is better. and not as hot.

i am sorry to hear colorado is going thru this. i love me some colorado and we spend some time there in the summer.

i hope it resolves sooner than expected
