It might also be in the movie you're thinking about, but I am sure Dean Wormer said that about John Belushi's character at some point in Animal House. Isn't it possible for the same line to be in two different movies? In which case my response is correct, and yours also is. As a matter of fact, a lot of the quotes in your list are common enough sayings that they could be in more than one movie.
