6. He was initially a young "loaner" bull when I moved to my farm in eastern CA

I wanted my horses to get used to seeing the neighbors' cattle. Then I got attached to him, and bought him. Had him castrated.

It was never a question to give him peppermints, carrots, apples, or any other treat the horses were getting. He was a big, sweet moocher.
