I don’t know if this helps or not, but UCSF put out an article with compelling evidence that wearing a mask, while not 100% effective in prevention, could reduce viral load to an extent that COVID-19 infection presents with milder symptoms.

So even though you ended up with COVID, the fact that you were so careful could mean you will have a milder case.

Not saying people don’t need to be super careful of course! Just wanted to pass on some potentially reassuring info now that you ARE infected.

I also second getting an O2 monitor. Besides it alerting you to any drop in O2, it can also be very reassuring to see O2 remain stable.

Get natural sun if possible and take Vitamin D as others have already mentioned. Keep us posted!
