There will be only 2 at our Thanksgiving dinner: me and my beloved husband.

I'm scaling it back a little, but I do love turkey leftovers, and gravy and mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie make great eating after Thanksgiving!

My thoughts will be with our families and friends who are far away.
