My mother with the same October 20 birthday, a couple of bosses, an impactful friend.

Next to their brilliant intelligence is their magnetic attractiveness, but also a *piercing* sizing-up of others, and not infrequently able to pinpoint the weak spots and *pierce* there. They are and attract the best of the best - diamonds, roses (ymmv).

I've been enthralled by them. And sometimes wounded.
