Sometimes I dream about being back in the newsroom. The excitement of approaching deadlines. The clatter of metal typewriter keys, before the days of computers. Editors shouting "Copy boy!" Shoving stories into the vacuum tubes. Your story making Page 1. Better yet, getting picked up by AP and sent all over the country.
But also the tedium of sitting through long, dull public meetings.
