Probably the only thing that didn't break was the sewer system.
I'd use the frozen snow in your yard to at least flush toilets.
Bucket, melted snow, flush.

Having a dry p-trap is dangerous... It is what keeps the toxic fumes from the sewer system

It may be different with an RV, but usually u-traps need to stay sealed by liquid. At an RV
