8. I don't think they'd be able to take air mattresses

I know that Goodwill doesn't take that kind of thing.

We've got these cool things in my town called "Blessing Boxes" where people can go get food, or drop food off that they don't need. They're wooden boxes on stands, outside people's houses. A couple of weeks ago I went through my non-perishables and drove around and put some food in four different boxes.

I used to always keep a stock of kids clothes on hand for when the grandkids would need something, but I gave that all away a long time ago. But that's a great idea, of course.
