47. No way! Okra is delicious

If it's still slimy, it wasn't cooked right.

I'll admit that when making a gumbo or anything else with fresh okra, it is kinda gross for the 10 minutes or so that you have to stir over fairly high heat to evaporate the "slime", but the end result is so worth it.
