7. How frikkin' scary, terrible...

Woah...
So sorry to hear this...

I've had serious sprains of my left foot 4+ times over the mid '60's -late '90s.

Then I got a tri-fractured right ankle 2012: when I missed a step, landed hard on my right foot. (then I fell over because there was no banister, thank goodness no injury from that) I had to miss a Springsteen concert is he next day, and crutches (scary!!!) for about 10+ days till a friend found me a better surgeon.
Had to go to a nursing home/ rehab facility post surgery.
So frikkin' weird. Luckily I recovered excellently. 👍

I tend to like the arnica 30C pellets. Didn't have it for that ankle fracture.

BTW - They worked great for heavy dental work!!!
