I stopped at a McD's for coffee. An employee was lugging a full-sized Ronald McDonald display toward the dumpster. As an avid collector, I asked if he was throwing it away, and if I could have it. He let me take it. it was made of masonite and steel, and as I put it in my car, I dropped it on my foot. Just a few inches, but my foot bruised and hurt for weeks.

Hope you feel better soon. Be nice to yourself! It takes awhile for your feet to heal after a hit like that.
