in and asked for something firm and cool and they had three options for me to try. Wanting a cool mattress is a well known request. A chain is going to have options (plus sometimes they will take your old mattress away) plus they are not going to lie as they have a brand to protect. Supply chains are organized. They are not winging it with big flash purchases of mattresses from china they don't know about and they want to get rid of.
