(63,221 posts)21. I6 - 8 sounds do-able, but I have tried Keto before and I just found it too restrictive to keep
it up for more than a few months. I can do a lower carb diet, but not a no carb diet I need at least a little rice and legumes in my diet and that's a no-no on keto. Same w/ fruit.

I've tried keto and intermittent fasting, but husband HATED both, now on WW & it works.
