I come out in teh evening really enjoy a long walk instead of a shorter one to get a poop. Sometimes even meandering but enjoying the exercise and outdoors. I do not know I would have it in me if I did not have a dog to force me. I do want to start implementing a short work out in morning. I have a gazelle and do that for 20 minutes before work, and some weights for the arm. Lost lots of muscle getting old and we can get some back.
