Which it is - almost $2 million, to purchase and then keep up. It's stunning, and in a prime location near Central London. In a romantic comedy, it's where the nerdy research assistant/heroine and her quirky but earnest roommate (just the one) live, but along the same lines as living in one of the LA Case Study houses or a full brownstone in Greenwich Village.
