It certainly is reliably blue at the moment. I am living about 3 miles from where Joe Biden lives. The suburbs of Wilmington have a good schools and arefairly reasonable. It gets kind of cold in the middle of winter but it’s not too bad. No Trump signs in my neighborhood, maybe downstate.
