My wife is improving she's in hospital a ramble. [View all]

It’s lonely here the boys left for jersey early this morning to get their grandmother my wife’s mom and her aunt my wife’s aunt to bring them out to biglerville pa area they will be home Sunday. Sarcasm I do not do well alone after 36 years of being married and raising a family.

My wife fell Tuesday around 10:00 am in downstairs bathroom she passed out. And she broke her hip ankle they said ruptured a disc in her spine. She has a infection that caused this as she was weak and passed out ,yesterday was great day as she is awake and alert she has been out of it with fever, yesterday she asked if she missed thanksgiving I smiled it is her favorite day she was born 1968 on thanksgiving day.

I noticed my wife starting to just show illness Sunday she just looked tired dark circles under her eyes and I said we should go Docs Monday she said she will be fine as she was already on antibiotic for her bronchitis. Since 2.5 years ago when she had COVID pneumonia was in hospital three weeks then rehab she has struggled and I’m really in tune and watch her for any illness.

The dogs the dunk pup and chocolate menace are doing their part cuz they know their lady is missing they been shitting by the gate so she can catch the scent and find her way home. Mr big paws our fourteen year old golden retriever is my wife’s soulmate and he just stands in yard sniffing the air for her I hug mister big paws such a pure heart.

My wife has taken to sleeping in downstairs bedroom as I because it has become difficult for her to climb stairs we live in a old Victorian to explain why we choose now sleep in downstairs bedroom. Yet since Tuesday night we been deploying the huge air mattress so mr big paws dunk pup and man crash on it and we pack sleep.

We usually or I or boys will lift Mr big paws into downstairs bed so he sleeps with his love. I just don’t feel like sleeping in the bed so been using air mattress covering it over with sleeping bag. So just hanging out today was up 02:00 the sleeping bag by my ankle was wet from dunk sleep drool then did some worsh as my Appalachian grandma would say , I actually done two loads of worsh dried and folded.

Just a ramble I’m just I don’t know take it easy all.
