I learned to like brussel sprouts roasted. 👍
Before I had learned to like them more....
The recipe I watched in TV was where the chef said cut the ends,, maaaay be half them, separate the leaves, and saute them for a little bit w ?olive oil.
Suppose to bring out sweetness, didn't work for me
