13. This is one of the times that a "Right to Work" rule can come out good.

If you are in a Right to Work state, typically you can just say "take this job and shove it" and have no other real consequences other than the lack of income if you don't have other income sources lined up.

Your previous manager IMO was definitely unprofessional. I find at work people don't *have* to like me, and I don't *have* to like other people.... but we're a team and we work to get things done despite any personal difficulties - real or perceived.

Good luck with your future. Sounds like you do have a plan for the immediate future.
