38. People who walk their dogs off leash

Over the years, I’ve been bit three times, had snarling dogs circle me, and several others jump up on me. It’s always either “You provoked him/her” (bullsh*t!!) or “(s)he won’t hurt you, just being friendly.” Sorry, no, your dog terrifies me. But it’s not the dog’s fault for behaving like a dog, it’s your fault for not controlling the animal, you inconsiderate idiot.
