long time ago, Like I said all cars in PA must have a inspection sticker as it will cost you money and points on your license. You must have some real nasty cars down there. Also, no insurance--no driver's license card. They are pretty strict about it. Be safe. PS You have to get an appointment for the inspection as it is required.
