he was in the passing lane of a two lane highway going in one direction. The only reason to be in that lane is to merge onto a four lane highway by taking a left exit.
When he passed me on the right, he continued going straight, and did not take the left hand exit, as I did. There was no reason for him to even be in the left lane.
No one else was in the right lane that would have prevented him from going straight, as he did.
Guy was a psychopathic prick. Dangerous driver.
