Well, I fractured my femur through and now have a steel rod in my leg.

When you can do what you used to do, that really helps you feel like you have recovered.

I never thought about feeling the pins and rods in my leg. Kinda creepy.

Will watch the Diet. I tend to be a bit of a vegetarian, but I do eat fish and chicken.
