an increase in energy or a decrease in weight since giving up soda (diet) 19 months ago.

I have one of those Brita filter water bottles, which makes my well water taste pretty good. Three 20 oz. bottles a day. I was afraid to drink that much because I already have overactive bladder, but all that water didn't really make a huge difference overall.

Every so often...like once or twice a month...I just need something with bubbles in it. I love orange soda, so a can of that is like a real treat.
