(5,478 posts)22. I have found that using most of them is harder than just using a good sharp knife or a hand mixer.
As for pans, a good stainless steel frying pan with a metal handle is better than any of the non stick pans. If you preheat it, let the meat brown until it is ready to release on it's own, you don't have to scour it but if something does stick, put a dryer sheet and Dawn and water in it and bring it to a boil on the stove. Leave it until it is cool and it is usually easy to clean. If something is burned on, you can scrape it off with a razor blade scraper like you use to remove paint from a window. You can't do that with any of the so-called nonstick pans.
