No kidding. I got dry skin itches. I end up scratching my back with a fork. I don't recommend it

Oreck. It has a shoulder belt and is fairly lightweight. It does require a filter, but the filter is easy to change.

Have you looked on Amazon? I've been able to find bags made to fit Orecks and other vacuums.
