I was going to say Flashlight tag, but we've played that as a family up until we got a dog. It wasn't much fun after that because the dog would always try to hide with one of us
, then hubby didn't quite adhere to the rules (couldn't use the stairs because I didn't want anyone falling). He'd pull himself up and over the loft railing in the den and nobody could find him because he was upstairs. He said he was perfectly in the rules because he didn't use the stairs to get up there.

We played that, too. Every year they'd ban it after enough parents complained about grass stains and torn clothes.

This was tossing a rubber ball against a wall, doing whatever trick and then catching the ball when it bounced back.
