12. Road trip

R Crumb, Al Dodge, and Robert Armstrong made the Mother of all Road Trips across the US in the late sixties, scouring the second hand shops buying eclectic 78's, musical instruments, and unusual Americana to include even a slightly used (but empty) serpent box. Times have been better.
