either, with the exception of a few sips of wine at dinner when my mom had some.

I just wasn't ever interested. I was around others who were smoking, drinking, etc, at some high school parties and I was bored. Didn't think getting drunk and staggering around and puking and jumping off balconies looked like fun.

I do, however, very firmly believe pot should be legal, and all other drugs decriminalized/regulated.

Once it is legal, though (and I'm sure it will be legalized in my lifetime), I'm still not interested.

I would probably like to have the option of marijuana tea if I ever get arthritis, though (or marijuana for any other medical purpose). My husband's grandmother, who was full blooded Cherokee, treated her rheumatoid arthritis with a single glass of marijuana tea every morning, and her swelling went away for a day, and she was mobile and active and pain-free. When she was sent to a nursing home by the evil aunt and uncle, the nursing home put her on 'standard' arthritis meds and she was in pain until she died.
